General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DÉVOILÉ website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are prepared in accordance with the Lithuanian Civil Code, the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Definitions

• Buyer: Any natural or legal person who places an order
• Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession
• Goods: Products offered for sale on our website
• Order: A request to purchase goods submitted through our website

Contract Formation

Product information on our website constitutes an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Please verify all order details before submission. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before checkout.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment service providers.

The total price, including delivery costs, will be confirmed before you complete your order.

Delivery

We deliver to Lithuania and other EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For deliveries to parcel lockers, this occurs when the parcel is deposited in the locker.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Lithuanian Law on Consumer Protection.

The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement.

Warranty and Conformity

Under Lithuanian law and EU consumer protection regulations, we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years.

If goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have them repaired, replaced, or receive a price reduction or refund, as provided by law.

This legal guarantee does not affect any additional commercial guarantees we may provide.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
