European Union
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days
- Standard shipping: €7.50
- Free shipping on orders over €150
- Full tracking provided for all shipments
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Free size exchange
A corset is an intimate piece, and guessing the perfect fit isn't always easy. That's why your first size exchange is on us.
How it works
- Reach out (contact form, email or Instagram message) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send the corset back — unworn, with tags, in its original packaging.
- Once it arrives, we ship out the size you need — return shipping is on us.
One free exchange per order.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days. Return shipping is covered by the buyer. Once we receive the unworn item with its tags, we refund its price. Any free exchange already made is deducted from the refunded amount.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Lithuanian Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) before the 14-day period expires.
You can use our contact form or send an email to orders@devoile.eu. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request without delay.
How to Return
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact form or email
- Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible
- Ship the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal

Please include your order number inside the return parcel so we can quickly identify your return.
After shipping, let us know via the contact form or by email at orders@devoile.eu, sharing the tracking number or simply notifying us that the item is on its way back.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- Unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Without perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains
- Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If express delivery was chosen, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your desired size or color.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Under Lithuanian Civil Code Article 6.363 and EU consumer law, you have additional rights if goods are defective or do not match the description. You have up to 2 years from delivery to claim remedy for defects.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
This policy is provided in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Lithuanian Law on Consumer Protection (Vartotojų teisių apsaugos įstatymas), and Lithuanian Civil Code. Your statutory rights are not affected.
